Call for Participation - CryptoRave 2019 - 6th edition

CryptoRave, the largest free and open event about security and privacy
in the world, opens on January 14th the call for participation for its
2019 edition, to be held May 3-4 in São Paulo. Proposals for lectures,
debates, workshops, games, practical activities and FLOSS (free / libre
/ open software / source) projects can be submitted. Proposals for
artistic presentations, art installations, movie screening and pocket
shows are also very welcome. DJs can also sign up to play at the party
that will roll, as in previous editions, at the end of the event.

To submit an activity to CryptoRave 2019, simply create an account on
this site and then create an event. To fill in personal data such as
name, surname and gender are optional - we cherish privacy. A valid
email is enough to communicate with the person responsible for the
registration so it is enough to validate it ;).

Information about the activity must be filled in as complete as possible
so that we can capture your innovative ideia. If it is performed by more
than one person, read the instructions below.

The Call for Participation will close on March 31 at midnight. So,
please, do not submit on the last minute!

After March 31, if your activity is accepted, the CryptoRave team will
contact you with a suggested time in the event grid. We are few, so make
your best to be patient.

And remember, holding an event like CryptoRave - open and free - is
expensive. To ensure that your activity and CryptoRave itself happen,
let your community know and encourage collaboration with our upcoming
crowdfunding. The responsibility for publicizing the event and
activities is also shared. Mobilize your community!

The criteria for evaluation of the proposals are:

- Diversity between all proponets

DIVERSITY

In order to guarantee gender, territory, social class and race
diversity, CryptoRave maintains a code of conduct and we keep the firm
commitment to guarantee a receptive environment for women, black and
LGBTQI people and all the others oppressed and/or marginalized social
groups. We also maintain a trail to present activities relating
security, privacy, encryption, and gender: the Ada Lovelace Space.

VOLUNTEERING

The call for volunteer work registration (to work during the event) - a
noble and fundamental activity with which we are proud to count - will
be open on March 11, 2019.

GROUP PROPOSAL REGISTRATION

In case your proposal is not individual but collective (more than one
person), it is necessary to create individual profiles and add each
participant in the activity created. Once you submit the activity, you
can change and add participants. In the case of an organization proposal
it is necessary to create a profile of the organization to manage the
activity.

IMPORTANT

Proposals will not be accepted by any other CryptoRave communication
channel such as Twitter and Facebook. There is no financial compensation
for approved activities and proposals involving merchandising will not
be accepted. We are committed to providing adequate infrastructure and
seeking essential materials to guarantee the activity. But do not overdo
it. Remember, we operate on the basis of collective financing and

LLamada de propuestas de Actividades para la CryptoRave 2019

CryptoRave, el más grande evento de seguridad y privacidad, abierto y
gratuito, del mundo, inicia en el 14 de enero la llamada para
inscripción de actividades para su edición 2019, que se realizará entre
los días 3 y 4 de mayo, en São Paulo. Se recibirán propuestas de
charlas, debates, talleres, juegos, actividades prácticas y proyectos de
collaboración en FLOSS (libre / libre / open software / source). Las
propuestas de presentaciones artísticas, instalaciones, exhibición de
películas y espectáculos también son muy bienvenidos. Los DJs también
pueden inscribirse para tocar en la fista que tendrá lugar, como en las
ediciones anteriores, al final del encuentro.

Para enviar una actividad a CryptoRave 2019, tienes que crear una cuenta

gratuito - cuesta caro. Para asegurarse de que su actividad y la propia
CryptoRave ocurran, avise a su comunidad y estimule la colaboración con

VOLUNTARIADO

La apertura de inscripciones para trabajo voluntario durante el evento
-una noble y fundamental actividad con la que estamos muy orgullosos de
contar- será el día 11 de marzo de 2019.

INSCRIPCIÓN DE PROPUESTA EN GRUPO

En el caso de que su propuesta no sea individual, pero ser colectiva
(más de una persona), es necesario crear perfiles individuales y agregar
cada participante en la actividad creada. Una vez sometida la actividad,
puede cambiar y agregar participantes. En el caso de una propuesta de
organización es necesario crear un perfil de la organización para
administrar la actividad.

IMPORTANTE

No serán aceptadas propuestas por ningún otro canal de comunicación de
CryptoRave como Twitter y Facebook. No hay compensación financiera por
las actividades aprobadas y no se aceptarán propuestas que impliquen
merchandising. Nos comprometemos a ofrecer infraestructura adecuada ya
buscar materiales esenciales para la realización de la actividad, pero
no exagere, funcionamos en la base del financiamiento colectivo y
