[anti-censorship-team] Fwd: Clear, 10min_cpu_usage (was warning for 5 hours and 32 minutes), on snowflake-01

Here are some graphs from July 2024. There's no unusually large number
of concurrent users of snowflake-01, though bandwidth is up a bit.

If the load is elevated at predictable times of day, could it be that
the load just happens to be near the warning threshold, such that it is
below the threshold at the daily hours of lowest use, and above at the
highest?
