[anti-censorship-team] Turkmenistan's tor users want you to change ports to bypass censorship

Hi,

Authorities in Turkmenistan have already blocked almost all the networking
ports, a few of them still alive.
Please consider contacting relay operators in order to change port
addresses of these bridges to 80, 8080 or 443 which I indicated below
