Looks like the alert is actually about services we run:
bridges-email.torproject.org, bridges.torproject.org and moat.torproject.org
Those three are going to be deployed in rdsys as part of our replacement for 
bridgedb, but not there yet.

TPA has modify the alert so they display the hostname.
