I think so. Looking into our bridgestrap dashboard in graphana I see an spike 
when I restarted bridgestrap, but everything seems to get back to normal 
afterwards. I'm not sure why we haven't got any alert saying that this problem 
is solved, but now the fraction of functional bridges is 0.927 (92.7%).
