Hey,

Bridgestrap is back up and running again. It went down because the PT
process failed again. We had a fix for this from tor#33669
(https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/tor/-/issues/33669) deployed,
but it was removed when we deployed the fix for tor#40396
(https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/tor/-/issues/40396). Since the
fix for tor#40396 was merged into the main branch, I've just rebased the
fix for tor#33669 onto main and deployed that on polyanthum with
bridgestrap.

Hopefully this solves the issue for now, but we should keep monitoring
it :) This patch hasn't been properly merged or tested outside of
bridgestrap so it's possible it will fail again. In the meantime, it
will take awhile for bridgestrap's metrics to recover.

Cecylia
