[anti-censorship-alerts] UMN bridge offline

Hi Philipp,

To get around a problematic firewall, we were using port 22 as one of
the ports for the Bridge. So access is only available to me physically.
And, I am not in the country till 31st of March. I apologize for the
inconvenience to the bridge users. Getting it online will be the first thing
I'll be doing.
