Would we be open to using a 3rd party service for comments, like Disqus, or would we still want to host all the comments ourselves, but separately from the posts?

We want to replace the current blog (with comments) by a solution where
content and comments are separated. See:
<https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/milestone/2014%20Tor%20Blog%20Replacement>

If anyone else would like to help with contributing to the website
content with documentation, language improvements or anything else, we
will find ways to make it happen. I believe we can find people to do
some “marking up” on submission that are not directly in the right
format.
