My only feedback would be that we use a screenshot where the letterboxing gap isn't so prominent. Let me know if you'd like any support with the graphic, happy to do so.

            No, I don't need to be involved in the blog post itself. However publishing the new support portal to support.tpo involves some changes to the GitLab project settings, updates to DNS/Puppet and tb-manual.tpo needs to be changed into a redirection for support.tpo. ^Oh yes, that part is totally understood. Sorry, my question was confusing. :) I just wanted to make sure that there weren't any issues re: the blog for some reason. (Thanks for clarifying!) I'll be following your lead re: the support portal and waiting to talk/ post about the new support pages until TPA give me the green light. :)
