But it does happen. BBC block you on bbc iPlayer for example if your IP is listed as TOR anything.  One reason I have my exit node a different IP.  BBC reasoning maybe copyright and that still you have to be UK based to access the site, but annoying when non-tor use could not access as well. To be fair when I swapped TOR IP over BBC took my original IP off their blacklist when asked.

Yes I can confirm I'm getting the same from a non-Exit relay IP, and not
getting the error when accessing from IPs which don't run a Tor relay.
