Hello!<div><br></div><div>I&#39;m unclear as to what the &quot;Advertised Bandwidth&quot; is on Atlas. My node has it&#39;s bandwidth set to 700Kb/s, however on Atlas the Advertised Bandwidth is around 7Kb/s. I&#39;m on day three of running this relay and I have read the Early Lifecycle blog post, but I&#39;m still confused as to why the Advertised  Bandwidth is a hundredth of what I have it set to. </div>
