Hi Gio,

Sorry for the troubles.

The problem is that on Dec 30 the network got flooded by a pile of relays
all named Anonpoke, which came from several Internet address blocks.

One of those blocks was 104.130.0.0/16 -- we ended up blocking the whole
thing by address to get rid of them, and your relay was a casualty of
this broad block. This is very sad. There was a second casualty too
(a relay called "exotime").

It looks like the flood of relays has disappeared actually. I think that
means that soon we should remove the rule about those address blocks.

But as Sebastian says, please give us a few days to get some sleep after
31c3 and we'll sort it out.
