Ok, I know about his problem, but he want to be a business man.
I am a customer. I am a human. i want to wait one week and give his
"company" a chance to come back. Content of my mail was to get an
payment info (contract) for hosting.
What should i think? We have to distinguish between "make a Tor
relay for fun" or business. I want to buy resources and expect it to
run stable.

Hey Olaf,
Sorry to hear you’re switching providers. Greypony wants to make this
matter right with you. Conrad likely has a lot of things to deal with on
the business side of things. He’s the only one who can restore XOA and
various DC Locations. I’ve asked him to follow up on your emails.
Cordially,
Nathaniel Suchy

Yes, since some days. I cancel my accounts and looking forward to other
provider. greyponyit.com and XOA-Portal are offline. Two weeks ago my
server in the USA gone offline, two day ago my server in Europe too.
No reaction after two e-mails...
Bye, Conrad!
