I would love to review my reviews after checking them on Tor. The thing is that I have a version of Crunchbang installed and cannot install Tor. Is that due to Crunchbang as I suppose?

This list is for discussing quality assurance of software made as part of the Tor Project, e.g. before a new release of the Tor Browser is made, we make sure that it works as it should.

Maybe not. I understood that this list addressed also to translators/reviewers aiming to check translations after a testing version of Tor. This could help to do more accurate translations in some cases.

Ok. So back to your original question, Crunchbang being a Debian derivative, the Tor Browser should work on it. This list might not be the best place to solve the problem with your system, though. IRC or the help desk might be better places to ask.
