[tor-qa] Tor Browser 5.0.2 is ready for testing

Hi, Tor Browser 5.0.2 is ready for testing. Bundles can be found at https://people.torproject.org/~mikeperry/builds/5.0.2-build2/ This release contains an update to Firefox 38.2.1 ESR and a small fix for icons on Linux launchers. Moreover, we bumped NoScript to the most recent version. Note: we did not do this for HTTPS-Everywhere due to https://bugs.torproject.org/16909 and the very tight release schedule (we plan to ship 5.0.2 in a couple of hours).
