Bundles can be found at: https://people.torproject.org/~mikeperry/builds/4.0.4/ This release is based on Firefox 31.5.0 ESR and contains updates to OpenSSL, HTTPS-Everywhere and NoScript as well. It furthermore fixes meek and NoScript related bugs.
