Hmm... This might actually happen due to "layers.acceleration.disabled"
set to "false" which caused considerable issues in TBBs based on ESR 17
and got therefore set to "true" there (although only blank Tor Network
Settings were reported IIRC). Does the bundle work if you right click on
'Start Tor Browser' and select "Properties->Compatibility->Run in
Windows XP Compatibility mode" and if so, does it work without compat
mode if you set that pref to "true" and start as usual?

I tested using Windows XP compatibility mode (service pack 2, 3) and it still crashes.

I added user_pref("layers.acceleration.disabled", true); and the results were:

-Windows 7 64-bit: works.
-Windows XP compatibility mode (service pack 2, 3): works.
