I assume this is the same hang we saw with Vidalia when obfsproxy.exe
was still running.

I don't know why a running obfsproxy.exe does such a number on the
running of the bundle, but it sure does.

That's right, I was testing your new flash-proxy TBB build and forgot to kill obfsproxy.exe then tested TBB 3 beta-1 but Tor kept crashing until I killed obfsproxy.exe
