Shutting down op-??2 instances Last call: any reason to keep them running? None were mentioned at the meeting. Pulling the plug.

Merging develop into master and tagging next version Is now a good time? Maybe at the end of today just in case more reviews come in? Agreement so far. Doing at the end of the day.
