Looks like there are ~8000 direct users, and 100-200 bridge users now.
There aren't many details, and the English version of the press release is a direct Google Translate from the original. I couldn't find the step-by-step guide mentioned, I'm thinking it's accessible after you log in but maybe it's not published yet.

In the past, tweeting the full mirror list has been discouraged in situations like this. While we do have the complete mirror list on our website, tweeting it in response to the Kazakhstan censorship could result in every published mirror being blocked more quickly.
It might be better to publish one or two mirrors at a time, and see how quickly they get blocked after we do that.

Agreed. And even better, just introduce them to GetTor. And encourage them to report issues if they've problems with it. ilv and sukhe are constantly working on improving this service.
sending an empty email to gettor@torproject.org should get them going...

No, please not. If you want to link images, upload them somewhere. What kind of image did you want to send in the first place?
