During March, we changed the CDN infrastructure of meek-azure to one that is no longer operated by me, so the cost of Azure is no longer available to me. https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-project/2017-March/000999.html https://bugs.torproject.org/21342 The changeover happened on March 3. The Azure billing cycle started on March 5, so there are zero charges for March. meek-azure was completely non-functionable between March 3 and March 7, when Tor Browser 6.5.1 was released.
