[tor-project] (fyi) Outreachy contribution period (December 2021 - March 2022)

Hi,

The Community team submitted a new Outreachy[1] project:"Mapping values and motivations of the Tor network's relay operators". You can read the complete project here[2].

The contribution period started this week and you will see some applicants on IRC during this month. You can help redirecting them to #tor-www channel and/or teaching them how to configure Element/matrix client, so they can follow up our discussions.
