Hi folks, TPA has recently changed how we communicate and record decisions. If you've been around a bit, you might have seen complex, very detailed emails with a subject like "TPA-RFC-33" or something. We're changing away from this to a new "ADR" process. Concretely, this means you'll get more targeted, and simpler communications from us (like this message!). You don't need to do anything right now, but we're be happy to get your feedback on the process, as a stakeholder, either before or after you receive such communications. We're also curious to hear if such a process could be useful for your team. We don't intend this process to be adopted project wide; we're merely scratching our own itch here. We acknowledge each team has their own needs and workflows and we don't necessarily think all teams need to adopt this. But we're of course open to discussing this more broadly in the organization and amending the process if we want to adopt it more widely! See the details of the change in the blog post: https://blog.torproject.org/tpa-adr/ Let us know what you think, either here or in the discussion issue: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/tpa/team/-/issues/41428 a. -- Antoine Beaupré torproject.org system administration
