[tor-project] brief downtime of some services, including mail

Hey,

just a quick heads-up.

The friendly people who host some of our hardware have to shuffle things around in their racks. As a result, two of our machines that host a couple of VMs will be down for a few hours starting around 1600Z.

Services that will be down include mail, lists, rt, torperf, gettor, translation, compass, jenkins.

If all goes well, things should be back a few hours later.
