[tor-project] Network Team - Upcoming tor.git 0.4.7.7 release - April 2022

Greetings,

Network team will be releasing on Wednesday (April 27th, 2022) the first stable release of the 0.4.7.x series.

Very little has changed from the previous release candidate so this should be a smooth transition into the stable. We'll of course keep a close eye on it due to its drastic new feature: congestion control
