Amazing work Pari, thanks for this!

I encourage everyone to review this document...it's been really useful
for me to see user issues and concerns mapped out in this way. I am
certain that others will find it useful as well.

For what its' worth "tor browser can't print as print to file, it
produces nothing..." is issue #23970 (
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/23970 ) and the fix was
applied on 2017-12-15.
