I recommend you build it yourself rather then delegating to someone else. It's the best way to learn and to understand how things work. The official guide to set up an onion service is at [1] but it is admittedly not very useful if you never set up a webserver. I recommend the guides from Landchad to set up an nginx webserver [2] and then an onion service [3] over it. They have not been updated in a while but they SHOULD still work. Feel free to ask me for any issue, I'm happy to help. Note however that, like most people here, I will NOT use any non-free software or audio/video conference tool.

In the context of tor, it probably helps to answer some questions for yourself like: What is/are your goal(s)? Who are you doing this for, and why are you doing it as an onion instead of a clearnet site? If it's for other people, what properties of this onion service are needed to meet the needs of those people -- considering all the risk factors? How will you keep it "safe" and maintain it? (etc) There are a lot of guides available on the web. Many of them are absolute garbage. If you can't be clear about the goals and constraints of this before you start to work on this, then it could end up a mess or at worst (depending on its purpose), be risky for people using it. tl;dr be thoughtful before you start mashing keys peace
