I recommend you build it yourself rather then delegating to someone else. It's the best way to learn and to understand how things work. The official guide to set up an onion service is at [1] but it is admittedly not very useful if you never set up a webserver. I recommend the guides from Landchad to set up an nginx webserver [2] and then an onion service [3] over it. They have not been updated in a while but they SHOULD still work.
