I created a new Tor mirror in my private server; here it is:

http://tor.minibofh.org/

Is a FreeBSD VPS placed in USA.

I've followed the instructions available in: https://www.torproject.org/docs/running-a-mirror.html.en

The rsync cronjob is triggered every 4 hours.

So, just check it and if all seems ok, add the new mirror into the list.

Just for the record, my server is running as well a Tor exit node.
