Hey PW,

The file that is being checked to make sure your mirror runs the latest version seems to be downloaded instead of shown in the browser. I have had the same problem with my mirror which resulted in it showing as not-up-to-date. Might want to look into this and make the file plain text ;)

Region and Subregion data in this CSV seems inconsistent. Is there a definition for what these fields should contain? As is, they look like useless columns, because the data is so bad.
