i am dustin frisch, the system administrator of the students' union executive committee of the university of fulda.
i am running a student servers including a mirror server. the mirror server will now mirror the tor project using the following url: http://mirror.hs-fulda.org/tor
additional, ssl will be available soon.
it would be nice if the mirror can be added to the list of mirrors.

i have added tor to my rsync server. you could add rsync://mirror.hs-fulda.org/tor rsync://mirror.hs-fulda.org/tor/dist to the list of mirrors
