My name is Fabian Bustillos, i run a tor relay (fbnaiatorrelay) and just recently setup a mirror for torproject.org. At first i mainly did it for testing, but, as seeing that it would be the only one hosted in Mexico, i am going to try my best to keep it online.

Cron is setup to update every 6 hours per the instructions at the torproject.org site.
