Thanks for running a mirror!

At the moment we're discussing the state of the mirrors in Tor Project: which websites, where we should list it on the new portals, how to spread it, where the instructions should live and other things.

I opened this issue to organize this discussion: https://dip.torproject.org/web/tpo/issues/31
