I'v launched my tor mirror site today on http://tormirror.webzandbak.eu/ The DNS record is just updated so It will take a while until the change takes an effect.
It is a mirror located in the Netherland (our datacenter is located in Rotterdam) The mirror wil be updated once every 6 hours. And is only available on http.
I hope you have enough information.
