[tor-mirrors] Request to be added to the mirrors list.

Hello, I have set up a mirror for the /dist files, which can be accessed trough the following protocols: * HTTP: http://mirrors.go-part.com/tor/dist/ * FTP: ftp://mirrors.go-part.com/tor/dist/ * RSYNC: rsync://mirrors.go-part.com/tor/dist/ The mirror runs over a VPS located at Tokyo, Japan and I would like to get it added to the mirrors list.
