[tor-dev] Discussion about Tor Directory Authority Consensus Code

Hi all! I am a PhD student currently doing some experiments on Tor. My advisor and I was wondering if we can talk to somebody who takes care of the Tor Directory Authority code, since there is a conceptual issue we wish to communicate with them.
