What a nice mystery! Only moria1 and Faravahar are voting about moria1 -- the other dir auths no longer admit that it even exists as a relay. I just filed https://bugs.torproject.org/23638 . If any of the other dir auth ops happen to see anything good in their logs, that could be helpful. --Roger
