The network maatuska is on has been a bit flaky the last couple of days, fixed a couple of hours ago. Might be that.
I don't see any problems on my end; I made a new file right on schedule a few days ago, and see it in your directory...
the biggest tor relay operator lost 50% of its consensus weight and exit probability, I'm wondering if this is related to that.
Any eta on when maatuska will have bw measurements again?
