[tbb-dev] Lost my trac permissions somehow?

Hi, I wanted to upload a patch for https://bugs.torproject.org/10394 but my account (rustybird, this email address) apparently can't reply, or do anything really: | TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation on | Ticket #None. You don't have the required permissions. Rusty
