fixup! Bug 31286: Implementation of bridge, proxy, and firewall settings in about:preferences#connection

Bug 41812: Stop using -moz-box-flex

Fixes:
Bug 41904: Connection settings now inputs at full width.
Bug 41821: Tor logs now expand with dialog.
