In line with that, the "OONI" team will use the space from Nov 7-13, with Nov 11-12 being the public hackfest: https://ooni.torproject.org/post/berlin-hackathon-2016/ I am tempted to just add some calendar plugin with ICS export to the wordpress install at renewablefreedom.org. We really need a calendar, but I did not find anything that I liked. In terms of features, we need the option to "block" any of the three rooms without disclosing what is happening to the public, it should have some useful (web) overview of the three different rooms, and allow people to easily "claim" spots without necessarily being able to edit other people's scheduled items.
