It's time for Daylight Saving Time in some parts of the world and other parts of the world will follow soon-ish. Here is the tentative plan outlining how this affects our current meeting time (which is 1900 UTC on Mondays):

We keep 1900 UTC as our meeting time for now until the Europeans switch to CEST, which is supposed to happen in the night from 3/28 to 3/29. In the week following that, that is on Monday 3/30, we start the weekly network-health meeting 1800 UTC and keep that going until DST is going away again later this year.
