Either format works for me. Ideally, I'd like the microdescriptor consensuses and microdescriptors for April/May to make my dataset complete, but I will happily take whatever is available in whichever format is less trouble on your end!

looks like May too, unfortunately), so not all of the data is available

The silver lining is that we do have this data archived in our database,
and I'd be happy to share the table dumps (or the reconstructed
documents) with you. Would that work?
