[network-health] Any way a masters thesis research project can help Tor network health?

Hello! My name is Kevin and I am a Professor at a university in Portugal. I have a student who is interested in doing his thesis in the direction of Tor network health, but in order to avoid re-inventing the wheel or considering a bunch of projects that may not help in reality, we instead wanted to ask you all what could be useful.
