[network-health] Official country list ban access to TOR

Hi, I'm a student of cyber intelligence master degree. Now, I am studying which countries officially censor the access to the TOR network (in their laws, penal code, ...). There is a lot of misinformation so, Do you have any official country list about it? Thanks so much :)
