It looks like the CDN77 redirect to the Snowflake broker.
This is set up to use /debug, but since the broker upgrade there is no location directive for /debug in the nginx config[0]. But, I don't think this is the cause for the alert, since it should have been returning a 404 HTTP response since the upgrade. It might not need to change.
