research-response -- List of internal and external researchers to quickly evaluate incoming attacks, leaks, and papers for media requests (typically to meet a deadline within a few hours or a day)

About research-response
English (USA)

This list of people reviews potential attacks against Tor (real attacks, research articles about attacks, abstracts about attacks, etc.) so that we can get a handle on what the attack is and what danger, if any, it poses to users.

This team will try to understand them--often with a quick turnaround (a few hours in many cases) so that the communications director can respond to media inquiries and alert users if needed.

We try to determine what we know about the attack in question, what we don't know, what we suspect is
happening but aren't sure about, etc.
