I read a bunch about surveys and survey questions last year and I'm
happy to help with designing this survey, as Tails is also interested in
learning more about VPN users.
I scanned the meeting notes but couldn't find a list of your research
and survey questions. The notes mention a "meeting pad" but I couldn't
