I would have thought that privoxy should run with the optional Rosetta installation for Snow Leopard, but apparently the OS x 10.6 "security agent prevents privoxy from starting" (<a href="http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1876629&group_id=11118&atid=211118">http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1876629&group_id=11118&atid=211118</a>).
