Weird. Usually that solves the problem. When you restart, does it give
any info about whether or not it can connect to the proper servers,
etc.?<br>

with no connection at all and when there is a connection it is
extremely slow. I did not change anything in Tor or Privoxy setting.
Anybody else experiencing this?
