Hello. I have a questions. Why is/was this block in place?
What are your blocking/removal policies? How can certain
classes of users or internet access services such as VPN's,
coffee shops, Tor, NAT's, travelers, hotels opt out of such blocks?
How are you able to block individual 'bad' users?
